Delivery
Every order is packed by hand at the studio. Below is what to expect once your order is placed.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday are dispatched on the next working day.
Limited releases are dispatched in the order they were placed once the release window closes.
United Kingdom
Standard delivery arrives within 2–4 working days after dispatch. Express delivery arrives within 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Delivery costs are confirmed at checkout before payment.
International
International orders typically arrive within 5–12 working days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Import duties and taxes are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed as soon as your parcel leaves the studio. If it has not arrived, check your spam folder before contacting us.
