Returns
If a piece is not right, we will make it right. Here is how returns and exchanges work.
Returns window
Unworn garments can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Please keep the original packaging and swing tags attached where possible.
Condition
Garments must be unworn, unwashed and free of marks, fragrance or pet hair. We cannot accept returns that show signs of wear.
How to start a return
Email hello@faithabovefear.co.uk with your order number and the pieces you wish to return. We will send return instructions the same working day where possible.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of your return being received and checked.
Original delivery charges are refunded only where a garment is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Faulty garments
If something has gone wrong with a garment, contact us with photographs and your order number. We will repair, replace or refund.
