These terms apply to every order placed through this store. Placing an order means you accept them.
Orders
An order is accepted once we confirm it by email. If a piece becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you and refund in full.
Pricing
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch.
Limited releases
Limited Releases are numbered runs produced in fixed quantities and are not restocked. Allocation is by order of purchase.
Returns and cancellation
Your statutory cancellation rights are unaffected by these terms. Our returns process is set out on the Returns page.
Intellectual property
The Faith Above Fear name, seal, artwork, imagery and copy on this site are owned by Faith Above Fear and may not be reproduced without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
