Garment Care
Our pieces are made to be worn for years. Treat them well and the fabric, colour and embroidery will hold.
Washing
Wash cold at 30°C on a gentle cycle, inside out, with similar colours.
Use a mild detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softener — softener coats heavyweight fleece and dulls the hand-feel.
Drying
Dry flat away from direct heat and sunlight. Tumble drying shrinks heavyweight cotton and can distort ribbing.
Embroidery
Turn garments inside out before washing to protect the embroidered seal. Never iron directly over embroidery — press from the reverse with a cloth between.
Storage
Fold knitwear, fleece and heavyweight jersey rather than hanging them, so the shoulders keep their shape. Hang outerwear.
Repairs
We would rather repair a garment than see it replaced. Contact the studio if a seam or trim needs attention.
