Order Tracking
Every parcel is sent on a tracked service. Here is how to find and read your tracking.
Finding your tracking link
A tracking link is emailed to you the moment your parcel leaves the studio. Search your inbox for “Faith Above Fear” and check your spam folder before contacting us.
Tracking has not updated
Carriers can take up to 24 hours to scan a parcel into their network. If nothing has changed after two working days, email us with your order number and we will chase it.
Marked delivered but not received
Check with neighbours and any safe place noted by the carrier. If it is still missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can open an investigation.
Changing your address
We can update an address before dispatch. Email the studio as soon as possible with your order number.
