What is the difference between Essentials and Limited Releases?
Essentials are our permanent pieces — always part of the collection and restocked. Limited Releases are numbered runs tied to a specific chapter, and are never restocked once sold through.
How do your sizes run?
Slightly relaxed and boxy through the shoulder. Full fit notes are on the Size Guide and on each product page.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days, with UK delivery in 2–4 working days after dispatch. See the Delivery page for international timings.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
Yes — unworn garments can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Full detail is on the Returns page.
Where does the 10% donation go?
Ten percent of profit is donated to humanitarian relief. Our current partners and the reasoning behind them are set out on the Donations and Impact page.
Will a sold-out piece come back?
Essentials are restocked. Limited Releases are not — once a numbered run closes, it stays closed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Duties and taxes are set by the destination country and are payable by the recipient.
